Find the spots only locals know
A mobile app for finding and sharing the hidden spots near you, from quiet viewpoints to a really good coffee. A side project that I have been doing with some friends for fun.

I'm a generalist at heart. I'd rather understand a whole system than one slice of it, so I follow a problem wherever it goes and do whatever it takes to get something up and working.
I have a background in software development, but I'm also interested in design, businesses and branding. I like to think of myself as a creative problem solver, and I enjoy working on projects that have a positive impact on people's lives.
When I'm not at a keyboard you'll probably find me out with my friends, in the gym, doing music, enjoying a good meal or on a hike in the mountains.
My jorney in the tech industry and... life? It's been a wild ride, and I'm grateful for every twist and turn along the way.
Building a mobile app on the side with some friends that helps people find the hidden spots that do not exist on regular maps.
I had the privilege of completing my "Applikationsentwickler EFZ" apprenticeship at LUKB. Alongside the fundamentals I picked up at vocational school and the continous learnings I did privately, those four years gave me the chance to grow both technically and on a human level.
The tools I reach for. Drag them around, fling them, or give the box a shake.
A few of my personal projects that are worth mentioning.

Course management, made open
An open-source tool for organising courses and the people in them. It was one of my first bigger projects and is being actively used for managing taster days for information technology.
Vivid Video Award winner
A submission to the Stellar challenge on dev.to that ended up winning the Vivid Video Award.
A handful of photos I've taken and kept coming back to.
Let's get in touch
I am always open to meeting new people and discussing about anything in the world of software development or just life in general.
